We are confident you will be pleased with your BLOCKCHOP product. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date received, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refunds:

  1. Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item.

  2. Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  4. The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.

  5. We are unable to accept non-fault returns if there is signs of the product having been used.

Shipping:

  1. Return shipping costs for a non-fault return are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  2. In the case of a faulty return, we will credit your postage costs 

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us promptly to organize a replacement or refund.

If your item develops a fault that you believe to be a manufacturing issue, please contact us promptly to organize a replacement or refund.
